Back of House Team Leader

This is a NEW restaurant that is scheduled to open in mid-September. This is a leadership position that requires at least 2 years of prior restaurant leadership experience. This position requires candidates to be able to work between 24-40 hours per week. At Chick-fil-A, the Back of House (Kitchen) Team Leader role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. Back of House Team Leader Responsibilities: Lead the Back of House area by setting daily goals, communicating clear expectations, and providing ongoing coaching to drive accountability and continuous improvement within the team. Optimize workflow within the Back of House by identifying and resolving bottlenecks, adjusting team positioning based on business volume, and ensuring efficient operations throughout the shift. Own the operational standards of the Back of House by maintaining cleanliness, stocking, food safety compliance, and verifying accurate completion of checklists and assigned tasks. Coach for quality and consistency by reinforcing proper food preparation, portioning, and service standards to deliver an exceptional guest experience while minimizing waste. Develop team members through real-time feedback, recognition, and coaching that builds confidence, improves performance, and supports continuous growth.
