Receptionist / Intake Specialist

About the Role We are hiring one or two part-time Intake Specialists / Receptionists for our Norcross office. You will be the firm's voice on the phone: answering and routing calls in English and Spanish, confirming appointments, following up with prospective clients, and setting consultations with our attorneys and Firm Director. This is a performance oriented role. You are paid hourly and are eligible for the firm's quarterly performance bonus based on your KPIs. Strong performers directly grow the firm and are compensated for it. Shifts Morning: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday. Afternoon: 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday. One shift per hire. Saturday hours are planned for the future; every other Saturday availability is required. What You Will Do Answer and route incoming calls in English and Spanish. Confirm consultations and appointments and reduce no shows through reminder calls and messages. Call and text prospective clients who contacted the firm, using our proven follow up process and bilingual scripts. Set consultations for our attorneys and Firm Director. Keep client and lead records accurate in MyCase, our case management system. Greet walk in clients and support office administration during your shift. Required Bilingual English and Spanish at professional spoken and written fluency. Verified during the interview process. High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in a customer service, front desk, call center, sales, or administrative role. Comfort making outbound calls and guiding a conversation toward a scheduled appointment. Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets). Reliable transportation to our Norcross office. Professional demeanor, strong written communication, and consistent attention to detail. Preferred Prior law firm experience, especially in Immigration or Personal Injury. Prior legal intake, appointment setting, or inside sales experience. Familiarity with MyCase, VXT, or a comparable CRM or phone system. Interest in growing into a full time role with the firm. Law firm or legal intake experience is a plus, not a requirement. We provide paid training on all firm systems and scripts. Compensation and Growth Approved range: $12 to $18 per hour, paid biweekly, placed by experience in three bands. Low band, $12 to $14: entry level with a strong customer service or front desk background and confirmed bilingual fluency. Mid band, $14 to $16: prior reception, call center, or intake experience with confident bilingual phone work. High band, $16 to $18: prior law firm or legal intake experience with a proven appointment-setting track record. Quarterly performance bonus eligibility after 90 days at 80% or higher KPI performance. Rate reviews at 90 days and again at 6 months, based on KPI performance. Clear path to expanded hours and full time openings; firm benefit eligibility begins with full time engagement. Paid training on firm systems, scripts, and the lead pipeline process. J.
