Job Description - Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Achieve ABA Therapy Group is urgently hiring a dependable and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time position in Colorado Springs.

This is an excellent opportunity for an RBT looking for consistent weekday hours, meaningful one-on-one work, and strong clinical support.

Position Details

• Pay: $28–$32 per hour, based on experience

• Location: Rollinsville

• Job Type: Part-time

• Required Start Date: Applicants must be prepared to complete onboarding within 48 hours of accepting an offer and be available to begin working within 14 days of accepting their offer.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support

• Implement individualized treatment and behavior-support plans under BCBA supervision

• Collect accurate data and complete session documentation

• Support the student’s communication, participation, independence, and emotional regulation

• Collaborate professionally with the supervising BCBA

• Maintain dependable attendance and consistent communication

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification in good standing

• Complete your onboarding within 48 hours so we can match you with your first client as quickly as possible

• Ability to begin working within 14 days of accepting an offer

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to complete all required background checks and onboarding requirements

• Dependable, patient, professional, and comfortable supporting children with behavioral needs
