Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Customer Service Advisor located in Buda, TX. As a keyholder, responsibilities include opening and closing the shop as scheduled. Senior Customer Service Advisor will oversee daily customer interactions, providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, resolving service issues, maintaining a professional telephone manner, and delivering customer-focused support. The role also involves collaborating with team members to improve overall guest experiences and deliver top-notch automotive solutions.
