Medical Director Student Health and Counseling

The client is seeking a Medical Director for Student Health and Counseling to lead and oversee clinical services that support the health and wellbeing of students. This hybrid role includes on-site responsibilities in the Oakland, CA area and will involve strategic oversight, clinical leadership, and coordination of student health and counseling programs to ensure high-quality care. In this position, the Medical Director will typically provide medical direction for student health services, support development and implementation of care standards, and help guide clinical operations and program improvement. The role is expected to include oversight of clinical decision-making, interdisciplinary collaboration with relevant campus partners, and ensuring that services are delivered in a safe, effective, and patient-centered manner.
