This position is responsible for assisting with medications and monitoring the personal care services provided by the Resident Assistants; and reporting care and change in condition of residents to staff of next shift and the Resident Care Manager. Resident Care Aide – Personal Care Aide (PCA) – A PCA team member assists with ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing personal care support. This position is responsible for meeting the physical and emotional needs of residents under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse, ensuring that the highest degree of quality resident care is maintained at all times. Non‑Clinical Opportunities Activity Leader – As an Activity Leader, you will plan and lead a variety of fun and enriching recreational activities tailored to residents’ interests and abilities. Qualifications Clinical Based Positions: Credentials verifying appropriate certificate and license in New York State—LPN, PCA, HHA, etc.: current State license/Certificate required.
