Pay Rate: $20.47/hr. on W2
Conversion Pay Rate: $23.50/hr on W2 upon conversion (for qualified technicians)

Type: Contract to hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Travel: Daily local travel required (approximately 50–200 miles per day)
On-Call: Yes
Work Radius: Candidates should reside within 25 miles of Reno, NV 89506

Required Skills & Experience
2 years of field dispatch repair and hands-on hardware experience (printer, laptop, desktop, server, and network).
Excellent admin and organizational skills.
Excellent technical troubleshooting and customer service skills
Reliable transportation and clean driving record required (This is a driving position - reimbursed accordingly)
Active driver's license.
CompTIA A+

What You Will Be Doing
Travel to each client’s location to maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, servers, and printers.
Works under general supervision.
Maintain good customer focus, meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLA’s).
Local travel required for daily dispatch.

Additional Information

Local travel is required daily.
Mileage reimbursement may be provided per company policy.
This position offers an opportunity for long-term employment through contract-to-hire conversion for qualified candidates.
