Sales Manager

This Sales Manager is energetic, very organized, results-oriented, and team-focused. The Sales member will collaborate with the sales and leadership team to uncover new business and nurture repeat guests and existing agency and business relationships.

Starting salary is $75,000 plus a 50% of Salary Bonus Potential for this role.

TEAM MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and secure long stays (weekly and monthly) for guests in transition, including relocations, medical stays, production travel, and lifestyle-driven visits
• Support new business development across key segments including but not limited to International Travel, Medical & Wellness, Plastic Surgery, Diplomatic, and Healthcare-building meaningful, long-term partnerships aligned with AKA’s extended-stay lifestyle offering
• Proactively identify and cultivate new relationships using platforms such as WhatsApp, ZoomInfo, Agency360, LinkedIn, and CRM tools, with a focus on high-value, influential travelers seeking a “home away from home”
• Provide sales support to the Director of Operations, ensuring efficient coordination and execution across sales efforts
• Curate and manage a consistent pipeline of local engagement-conducting site tours, in-person meetings, and strategic outreach to generate weekly and monthly stays
• Thoughtfully represent the AKA brand at industry events and networking opportunities, positioning the property as a preferred residence for discerning, long-stay guests
• Maintain a high level of organization and detail within CRM systems, ensuring all client interactions, opportunities, and pipeline activity are accurately reflected
• Support the planning and execution of elevated on- and off-site client experiences, including curated broker events and relationship-driven activations
• Partner with Revenue Management to understand inventory, market positioning, and rate strategy-crafting tailored proposals for both individual and corporate clients

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-5 years of experience within hospitality, luxury service, or a client-facing sales environment
• Established relationships in market preferred
• Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a polished, detail-oriented approach
• Strong communicator with a natural ability to build rapport and foster relationships across diverse audiences
• Highly responsive with strong time management skills and a proactive mindset
• Comfortable engaging with both internal teams and external clients, delivering a warm, professional, and service-driven experience
