Lead Multiple Communities | Approximately 245 Apartment Units | Champaign-Urbana Area

We're looking for a Property Manager to oversee approximately 245 apartment units across multiple communities in the Champaign-Urbana area. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can balance people, properties, operations, and customer service while keeping things moving forward.

You won't be buried in corporate bureaucracy. You'll have the ability to make an impact, solve problems, and help create communities that residents are proud to call home.

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of multiple apartment communities
• Build positive relationships with residents and respond to concerns professionally
• Monitor occupancy and leasing activity to keep communities performing well
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure work orders and property issues are addressed promptly
• Conduct property inspections and identify opportunities for improvement
• Manage resident move-ins, move-outs, renewals, and overall resident satisfaction
• Track budgets, expenses, and property performance
• Work with vendors and contractors when needed
• Ensure properties remain clean, safe, and well-maintained
• Lead by example and create a culture of accountability and customer service

What We're Looking For

• Previous property management, apartment management, housing, hospitality, or related experience
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a variety of personalities
• Someone who takes ownership and follows through
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities at the same time
• Problem solver who stays calm under pressure
• Comfortable using technology, email, and property management software
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
