Regal Staffing Services is Hiring: Shipping/Receiving Clerk – Arlington, TX

Regal Staffing Services is currently seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk for a full-time opportunity with one of our clients in Arlington, TX.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $$9.00- $20.00/hour DOE
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Requirements: Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain an organized and safe shipping/receiving area
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and shipments
• Prepare and coordinate outgoing shipments, including UPS/FedEx scheduling
• Load and unload trucks as needed
• Verify orders for accuracy, quantity, and damage
• Maintain accurate inventory records and handle customer materials with care
• Communicate shipment updates, discrepancies, and issues to customers and supervisors
• Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and housekeeping requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (ITAR compliance)
• 1+ year of computer experience, including Microsoft Office
• Previous shipping/receiving experience preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification
• Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Ability to bend, pull, stoop, and reach as needed
• Comfortable working in an industrial environment with heat, noise, fumes, and humidity
