Manufacturing Operator

Our client, a top manufacturing company in Danbury, CT is looking for Production Workers.

Pay: $23.65/hr (+10% shift premium for 2nd shift)
Shifts: 1st and 2nd (temp-to-perm potential on 2nd shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and support manufacturing equipment (grinding, honing, tumbling, laser marking)

• Load/unload parts and assist with production processes (1st shift only for some tasks)

• Perform finishing, deburring, washing, and inspection of components

• Follow safety, quality standards, and work instructions

• Maintain clean, organized workspace (5S)

• Report equipment issues or production concerns

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Basic mechanical aptitude

• Ability to follow written instructions and quality procedures

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work independently

• Good communication skills

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods

• Manufacturing experience preferred (not required)
