HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN – COMMERCIAL & INDUSTRIAL
Harrisburg / Central PA | $30–$40/hour | Monday–Friday

At Controls, Service & Engineering Co., Inc. (CSE), our technicians work primarily in commercial and industrial facilities throughout Central Pennsylvania.

WHAT’S DIFFERENT AT CSE

• On-call approximately 3–4 times per year

MAKE THE MOVE FROM RESIDENTIAL TO COMMERCIAL HVAC
You already know how to diagnose problems, repair equipment, and work with customers. You don’t need commercial experience to make the move.
CSE will provide the training, hands-on support, and resources you need to successfully transition from residential to commercial and industrial HVAC.

Bring the skills and experience you’ve developed in residential HVAC, and we’ll help you build the knowledge and confidence to succeed in a commercial environment.
CSE is a family-owned company based in New Cumberland, PA. We provide HVAC and plumbing services to industrial, medical, educational, telecommunications, and commercial facilities throughout Central Pennsylvania.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Diagnose, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC equipment, including:

• Air conditioning and heating systems
• Heat pumps and gas-fired heating equipment
• Motors, pumps, and compressors
• Thermostats, controls, wiring, and switches
• Refrigeration components
• Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting

You’ll work independently in the field with the support of an experienced team. You’ll participate in an on-call rotation, but only approximately 3–4 times per year.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re interested in experienced HVAC technicians, including residential technicians ready to transition into commercial service.

• 5+ years of HVAC experience, including trade school experience where applicable
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• EPA certification
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Dependability and a positive attitude

Background checks, required clearances/certifications, and periodic drug testing are required for this safety-sensitive position.

PAY & SCHEDULE
$30–$40/hour, based on experience
Monday–Friday, approximately 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
On-call approximately 3–4 times per year
This is a field-based position that may include indoor/outdoor work, mechanical rooms, rooftops, heights, and varying weather conditions.
