Ready to start a rewarding role? Ascend Staffing is hiring an Extrusion Operator in Salt Lake City, Utah, paying $19.50 per hour. This is a great opportunity to put your machine operating skills to work in a steady production environment.

You will operate extrusion molding equipment, monitor production runs, and help keep materials moving efficiently. Daily work includes checking machine performance, inspecting extruded parts, following work instructions, and reporting quality or equipment concerns. The working environment is a light-industrial manufacturing setting where accuracy, consistency, and safety matter. Strong candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working around production machinery. This role is a good fit for someone with extrusion molding experience who takes pride in producing quality work.

• Compensation: $19.50 per hour

• Job Site Location: Salt Lake City, Utah

• Shifts: 6:00am - 6:30pm or 6:00pm-6:30am on a Rotating Schedule

• Experience as an extrusion molding operator or in a similar extrusion production role

• Ability to operate, monitor, and make basic adjustments to extrusion equipment

• Ability to follow work instructions, production procedures, and safety guidelines

• Attention to detail when inspecting materials, parts, and finished product quality

• Dependable attendance and ability to work the scheduled shift

• Experience operating extrusion machines in a medical assembly environment

• Familiarity with quality-focused manufacturing or clean production practices

• Experience documenting production checks, machine settings, or process adjustments
