Description: Custodial Opportunity with Monticello Schools. This position is a day shift / cleaning at Little Mountain Elementary Schedule: 10:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. The duties of our Custodial staff will include: Provide custodial support for the School District in order to provide a clean, safe and healthy learning environment for students and staff. Qualifications: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Essential Skills Required: Considerable ability to follow oral and written instruction, to complete daily activities according to work schedule Prioritize work and perform duties independently Driven to meet needs with a positive attitude and in a timely manner Effective communication and teaming skills Knowledge of computer and standard applications Willingness to be flexible and excellent attendance Maintain confidentiality of information about students Experience working with diverse students and families Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift 75 - 100 pounds Hourly Pay Range : $21.05 - $26.93 per the current Custodial Master Agreement 2025-2027 Overtime Eligibility: All positions within the Custodial & Maintenance unit are eligible to elect and/or be delegated intermittent overtime assignments.
