• Experience: Critical care ICU experience, Epic experience preferred; PA catheters & balloon pumps a plus

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $60.30/hr

What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in a busy SICU
• Manage post-operative cardiac and transplant recovery, including patients with PA catheters & balloon pumps
• Collaborate with a team to monitor post-op CABG, valve surgeries, aortic dissection, and transplant patients
• Assist with patients requiring continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT)
• Follow protocols for ICU patient care, ensuring safety and compliance at all times

What You Need:

• Valid RN license with ICU experience
• Critical care certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH
• Experience with Epic EMR system preferred
• Strong critical thinking and team collaboration skills

About the Assignment:

This assignment is in a high-acuity ICU unit that cares for complex surgical, transplant, and cardiac patient populations. The unit operates with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio and may require float to other ICUs and SDUs. The facility emphasizes patient safety, teamwork, and clinical excellence in a dynamic environment. Willingness to participate in emergency response activities is expected.
