Join us!About the Role: We are seeking a highly technical and customer-facing Partner Solutions Architect to play a critical role in driving revenue through enterprise deals and partner ecosystems.This role sits within the Alliances team to advance deals, enable partners (especially SIs), and bring Netomi’s platform to life in customer environments.You will operate as both a hands-on builder and a front-line technical seller—leading POCs, writing and reviewing code where needed, and translating complex architectures into clear business value for executive stakeholders. You are equally comfortable writing code for a live POC as you are presenting a solution strategy to a CIO or CTO.You will partner closely with the Channel and Partner Enablement Managers to ensure technical deal learnings are translated into scalable partner programs and training.Responsibilities: Partner-Facing Technical EnablementServe as the primary technical partner to SIs and technology partners, enabling them to effectively position, demo, and deliver Netomi solutionsDevelop and deliver partner training, workshops, and certifications to drive technical readiness and adoptionAct as a trusted advisor to partner technical teams across architecture, integrations, and deploymentPOCs, Demos & Deal SupportLead and support technical sales cycles, including solution design, demos, and hands-on POCs in partnership with Sales, Alliances, and Field CTOPrototype, build, and adapt solutions in real time to meet customer requirements in complex enterprise environmentsTroubleshoot and resolve technical blockers to accelerate deal progression and improve win ratesEnsure a smooth technical hand-off to CS and Delivery teamsSolution Design & ArchitectureDesign scalable, enterprise-grade architectures leveraging APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Translate customer and partner requirements into clear, actionable technical solutions aligned to business outcomesEnsure solutions are aligned with best practices for performance, security, and scalabilityPartner Asset Development & ScaleBuild and maintain repeatable technical assets (demo environments, reference architectures, integration templates, playbooks)Enable partners to independently execute POCs and implementations over timeStandardize best practices to scale partner-led technical deliveryTechnical Thought LeadershipRepresent Netomi in partner and customer engagements as a technical expertContribute to technical content, demos, and best practices that elevate Netomi’s position in enterprise AI conversationsProvide feedback to Product and Engineering teams based on partner and customer insightsRequirements: 6-10+ years in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or technical pre-sales rolesStrong hands-on experience with coding, APIs, integrations, and building real-world solutions/POCsAbility to prototype, debug, and adapt solutions in live, high-pressure deal environmentsHighly skilled at creating repeatable technical assets for partners, and understands how to smoothly hand-off to Customer Success and other delivery teamsExperience supporting enterprise sales cycles and engaging with both technical teams and executive stakeholdersProven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomesExperience working with partners and SIs in co-sell motionsStrong understanding of:AI/ML or LLM-based systems (preferred)Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)Scalable system design and integrationsWho You Are: A technical builder—you’re comfortable writing code, troubleshooting integrations, and getting hands-on in POCsA credible executive communicator—you can confidently present to C-suite stakeholders and simplify complex ideasCommercially minded—you understand this role exists to drive revenue and close dealsThrive in ambiguity—you can move quickly from whiteboard working solution closed deal quicklyStrong sense of ownership—you step into gaps and push deals forward without waiting for directionEnergized by working at the intersection of technology, sales, and partnersWhy Netomi: Direct impact on revenue and strategic dealsPlay a key role in scaling a partner-led GTM motionHelp define how Netomi is sold in the marketDisclaimer: For all United States-based applicants, please note that Netomi participates in E-Verify for the purpose of work authorization.
