Location: South Jersey Job Type: Full-Time | Hybrid / Field-Based

Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 base + uncapped commission

You're not learning the home healthcare industry. You already know it.

We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in home healthcare sales and business development .

This is not an entry-level sales role, and we're not looking for someone who simply has general B2B sales experience. You should already understand the home healthcare landscape, know how to build referral relationships, and have experience generating business through physicians, hospitals, facilities, senior living communities, social workers, care managers, and other healthcare referral sources.

If you know how to walk into a referral source's office, build credibility, develop the relationship, and turn that relationship into consistent referrals, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll take ownership of business development across South Jersey, with a focus on expanding referral relationships and driving new patient opportunities.

• Develop and execute a territory-based business development strategy
• Identify, prospect, and establish relationships with new referral sources
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, social workers, care managers, senior living communities, rehabilitation facilities, and other healthcare professionals
• Conduct in-person visits, presentations, networking, and community outreach
• Generate consistent referral opportunities and convert them into new business
• Maintain and grow existing referral relationships
• Track activity, referrals, pipeline, and results in the CRM
• Identify new markets, accounts, and partnership opportunities
• Represent the company at community events, healthcare networking events, and industry functions
• Work closely with leadership and operations to ensure a strong experience from referral through patient start of care
• Own your territory, your relationships, and your results

What We're Looking For

Home healthcare industry experience is required.

We're looking for someone who already understands how referrals are generated and what it takes to build a successful home healthcare territory.

• 3+ years of business development, sales, or community relations experience within home healthcare
• Proven success generating referrals and new business in the home healthcare industry
• Existing relationships within the South Jersey healthcare/community referral network are a strong plus
• Experience calling on physicians, hospitals, senior living communities, rehabilitation facilities, social workers, care managers, or similar referral sources
• Strong understanding of the home healthcare referral process and local healthcare ecosystem
• Proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales/business development goals
• Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable making cold calls, conducting face-to-face visits, and creating opportunities from scratch
• Highly self-motivated and able to manage your territory independently
• Professional, polished, persistent, and relationship-driven
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel
