Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire Opportunity based on Performance Pay: $17.00 – $18.00/hour (Base + Monthly Incentive Pay) About the Role We're looking for a hungry, driven Junior Recruiter to join our team and help fill roles across 7 active IT consulting opportunities . In this role, you won't be sourcing cold — qualified profiles will be sourced and delivered directly to you. Your job is to call, qualify, and close candidates for these IT consulting positions. This is a high-activity, high-reward role for someone who thrives on the phone, loves the chase of a close, and wants to build a career in technical recruiting. Prior tech experience is a plus but not required — what matters most is your hustle, your ability to build rapport fast, and your drive to hit and exceed your numbers. What You'll Do Call and qualify candidate profiles sourced and delivered for 7 open IT consulting requisitions Assess candidate fit, availability, and interest through structured phone screens Build relationships with candidates and keep them engaged through the process Negotiate rate, availability, and start dates to close candidates Manage an active pipeline and consistently move candidates through the funnel Meet or exceed a minimum of 3 hires per month, with upside for exceeding target Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records and notes throughout the process What We're Looking For Experience in recruiting, sales, or customer service (any combination welcome) A track record — or clear potential — for closing and negotiating Comfortable and confident on the phone, with strong verbal communication skills Competitive, goal-driven, and motivated by results and incentive pay Tech/IT industry experience or familiarity is a plus, but not required Coachable, resilient, and eager to grow in a fast-paced recruiting environment Compensation & Growth Base pay of $17.00–$18.00/hour Monthly incentive pay tied to performance and hires closed Contract-to-hire structure with a path to a permanent role based on performance Minimum expectation of 3 hires/month, with earning potential that scales beyond that Location This is a fully onsite role based in Atlanta, GA, close to Truist Park (Braves Stadium). #J-18808-Ljbffr Tech Consulting
