Front Office Systems Integrator (EXO)

Program Overview

This program is an SI/SETA contract that combines two classified contracts, providing 114 staff covering multiple technical and business disciplines to execute Systems Engineering/Integration, Mission Planning, and Business Operations for the Restricted customer.

About The Role

Guardian has a requirement for a Front Office Systems Integrator to serve as an Executive Officer (EXO). The EXO will be responsible for a wide variety of activities ranging from the day-to-day tactical resolution of issues and concerns to assisting the Front Office seniors in organization-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with developing AI-enabled, automated administrative workflows
• Manage incoming tasking in the customer action tracking database, assigning action to the appropriate stakeholders
• Assist with developing and ultimately maintaining a Knowledge Management Process
• Assist with developing briefings both technical and non-technical
• Assist with the development of talking points for FO leadership
• Write-up meeting summaries/notes

Qualifications

Required:

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with relevant polygraph
• Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) with 10 years of experience supporting the IC at a customer site at the Division, Group, Office, or Center Level in a customer-facing Systems Integrator (SI) or Systems Engineering (SE) capacity
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products to include Work, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
• Motivated self-starter who excels in a dynamic environment
• Strong written and verbal communications skills

Desired:

• BS in Science, Engineering, or another related technical field
• 12 years of experience in multi-segment technical systems or projects
• Experience in project/program management
• Experience leveraging AI capabilities within workflows

Details

Target Salary Range: $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
