Responsibilities FieldSupervision&Production CrewLeadership:Direct,schedule,andsuperviseadedicatedcrewofconcretehelpersandcutterstooptimizefieldoperations. DriveProductionTargets:Ensuredailyproductiontargets,metrics,andtightprojecttimelinesaremetwithoutsacrificingquality. LeadDrillingOperations:Setup,operate,andmaintainspecializedcoredrillingrigsanddiamondcoringequipmentforprecisemechanicalpenetrations. Blueprint&LayoutReview:Reviewstructuralblueprints,architecturalplans,andMEPlayoutstoverifyexactdrillinglocationsbeforemakingcuts. CoordinateScanning:PartnercloselywithGPR(GroundPenetratingRadar)scanningtechnicianstoavoidembeddedrebar,post-tensioncables,andelectricalconduits. Safety&SilicaDustContainment EnforceSafetyFirst:Championanuncompromisingzero-injurysafetyculture.EnforcestrictadherencetoOSHA30regulationsandTSMCsite-specificsafetyrules. StrictSilicaDustMitigation:Overseerigoroussilicadustcontainmentmeasures.Ensurethecontinuous,correctuseofHEPAandvacuumsystemsalongsidemeticulouswetslurrymanagementtokeepcleanroomenvironmentsimmaculate. Pre-TaskPlanning:LeaddailyJobHazardAnalyses(JHAs)andpre-tasksafetybriefswiththefieldcrew. Cross-LevelCommunication&Collaboration Multi-LevelInterfacing:Confidentlyreportprojectmetricstoprojectmanagers,coordinatedailysequencingwithothertradeforemen,andaligndirectlywithTSMCsafetyinspectors. Cross-FunctionalAlignment:Workcollaborativelywithinternalmechanical,piping,andHVACteamstosequencedrillingtasksefficientlyandavoidtradefriction. Qualifications Experience&TechnicalSkills CoreDrillingExpertise:Minimum5yearsofhands-onexperiencewithcommercialorindustrialconcretecoredrillingandcutting. LeadershipExperience:Atleast2yearsofexperienceleadingfieldcrews,actingasadrillingforeman,orsupervisingconcretehelpersandcutters. ScanningLiteracy:ProvenabilitytoreadandinterpretGPRscanninglayoutsandstructuralconcretedrawings. SemiconductorFamiliarity:Priorexperienceworkingonlarge-scaleadvancedtechnologyfacilitiesoractivecleanroomsitesishighlypreferred. Certifications&Language SafetyCredentials:ValidOSHA30certificationisstrictlyrequired. LanguageSkills:Bilingual(English/Spanish)isastrongplustoeffectivelydirectandcommunicatewithdiversefieldcrews. EquipmentMastery:Documentedtrainingormanufacturercertificationsonindustrialdrillingequipment(e.g.,Hilti,Husqvarna).
