Retail Part-Time Store Associate, Fabletics (Northpark Center - Dallas, TX)

Job Overview Fabletics Retail is currently looking for a Part‑Time Retail Store Associate for our retail store at Northpark Center – Dallas, TX. The role reports to the Store Manager and involves engaging customers, managing inventory, and maintaining store merchandising. Responsibilities Invite and engage customers, providing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit and function. Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store via events, promotions and community projects. Maintain store merchandising guidelines and open/close procedures. Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager. Participate in continuous improvement efforts and provide feedback. Meet sales goals and maintain personal sales in line with objectives. Maintain safety and security standards and flag problems. Unpack inventory boxes (10–30 lbs.) and perform mandatory store tasks. Qualifications At least 1 year of retail experience preferred. Knowledge of active‑lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work within large teams in a fast‑paced environment. Basic familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems. Self‑motivated with ability to multi‑task and set priorities. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and national holidays. Must be 18 years old or older. Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, lift (10–30 lbs.) for at least 2 consecutive hours; may stoop, kneel, crouch or climb ladders. Benefits 70% employee discount on Fabletics brands.
