As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Site Location: Cambridge MA
• Set schedule:
  • Saturday and Sunday - 7am to 3pm
  • Monday 3pm to 11pm and Tuesday to Thursday 11pm to 7am
• Competitive hourly wage of $24.00 (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

• Prior corporate security, concierge, hospitality, or executive protection-adjacent experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable utilizing security technology, including video surveillance, access control, and visitor management systems.
• Ability to successfully complete lab safety training and any required site-specific certifications
• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
