Location: Owings Mills, MD 21117

Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM EST (Occasional overtime required)

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Duration: 6 Months

Work Arrangement: On-Site

• Process client transactions including account updates, beneficiary changes, asset allocations, and financial documentation.
• Analyze customer requests, identify discrepancies or risks, and make informed decisions using policies and procedures.
• Navigate multiple systems while reviewing paperwork, emails, web submissions, and phone-generated requests to ensure accurate processing.

Required:

• 1+ year working in a policy-driven environment with established procedures and compliance standards.
• Strong critical thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail and risk awareness.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, spreadsheets, and applications effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and basic computer troubleshooting.
• Strong customer service experience in a professional environment.
• Basic math proficiency.

Preferred:

• Financial services experience (banking, credit union, insurance, wealth management, etc.).
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• Experience processing financial, claims, benefits, or customer documentation.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Owings Mills, MD.

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
