Responsibilities

• Execute brand strategy, sales metrics, and financial targets in assigned territory and key accounts
• Develop call plans, manage call frequency and coverage, and conduct pre-call and post-call evaluations
• Build and maintain customer relationships by identifying needs, handling objections, and securing actionable commitments
• Gather and share market intelligence on competitors, customer segments, and disease dynamics with internal teams
• Identify and develop disease state experts and speaker advocates to enhance brand performance among healthcare providers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business, or equivalent industry experience
• Minimum five years relevant industry experience; three or more years in pharmaceutical or healthcare sector preferred
• In-depth scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge within psychiatry
• Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales with strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and safe driving requirements
• HCIR credentialing eligibility including background checks, drug screens, and immunization documentation
