Clinician‑Run Company: You’ll be supported by people who get the work you do. What You’ll Do Day‑to‑day support and supervision of therapists; including performance management Assist therapists in building caseloads Interview and onboard new therapists for the designed APT site Assist with parent/guardian concerns Collaborate with Marketing, HR, and Facilities departments to solve location challenges Requirements Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or Occupational Therapy – OR – A Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy – OR – Master’s degree and certified BCBA 1+ years of experience as a therapist, preferably in pediatrics 1+ years of leadership experience preferred Ability to motivate and engage staff Associates in Pediatric Therapy is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
