Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team starting this Saturday. This role is responsible for conducting part inspections, utilizing precision measuring instruments, and ensuring products meet strict quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.
Shift & Schedule DetailsShift: 2nd Shift - B Rotation, 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM (12-hour shifts)
Start Date: Immediate
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour (includes shift premium) Responsibilities
- Perform visual and dimensional inspection and sorting of manufactured parts.
- Utilize hand measurement tools including calipers and micrometers to verify part specifications.
- Identify, document, and segregate non-conforming materials or defects according to quality standard protocols.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and logs throughout the shift.
- Adhere to all safety, production, and quality guidelines on the plant floor.
- Required: Proven experience using calipers and micrometers.
- Required: Practical knowledge of basic quality inspection tools and techniques.
- Required: Prior experience in manual part sorting, visual inspection, and defect identification.
- Preferred: Hands-on experience operating a Keyence measurement system (highly desired, but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently during 12-hour shifts.
- Reliability and commitment to working the 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM schedule starting this weekend.
