Pay & Benefits:

What You'll Do:
  • Provide occupational therapy services to inpatient and outpatient populations, including patients with traumatic injuries, surgical recoveries, and chronic conditions
  • Assist patients with ADLs, promote independence, and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Document patient progress accurately using EMR systems such as Meditech Expanse and Wellsky
  • Support hospitalized patients through active therapy participation, discharge planning, and education
What You Need:
  • Current Louisiana OT license
  • BLS certification (or equivalent)
  • 1+ years of related experience in inpatient or outpatient settings
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently

The role involves working within inpatient rehab, acute care, outpatient, and skilled nursing settings, supporting patient recovery and independence.
