Responsibilities include:
* Enter and maintain all accounts payable;
* Reconcile monthly vendor statements and related transactions;
* Act as liaison between the various departments to investigate discrepancies and ensure expenses are coded properly;
* Process weekly check and EFT payments to vendors;
* Reconcile accounts payable;
* Assist with monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting; and
* Work with Controller to ensure clean and timely year-end audit.
Qualifications:
* One to three years of experience, preferably with a background in retail;
* Excellent organizational, written and analytical skills;
* Previous experience using PDI software strongly preferred.
* Strong computer skills, most importantly with MS Excel;
* Strong interpersonal/communication skills; and
* Team player and ability to work in fast paced changing environment.
