We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a team in Miami, Florida in a Contract to permanent position. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, managing a high volume of calls, and delivering clear, attentive support in both English and Spanish. The right candidate will be comfortable handling multiple requests at once while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:
• Provide courteous and efficient support to customers by handling a steady flow of inbound calls and addressing service-related questions.
• Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish to assist a diverse customer base with empathy and care.
• Resolve customer concerns by identifying issues, explaining next steps, and ensuring timely follow-up when needed.
• Process order entry and update customer information with a strong focus on accuracy and detail.
• Manage both inbound and outbound communication to support service requests, status updates, and issue resolution.
• Navigate a fast-paced call center environment while balancing multiple tasks and maintaining service standards.

• Previous hands-on experience in a call center setting is required.

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

• Ability to manage several tasks at once while staying organized and attentive to detail.

• Experience in customer service, including handling inquiries and resolving concerns effectively.

• Background in order entry or similar administrative support functions is preferred.

• Knowledge of insurance is a plus.
