Legal Assistant Paralegal

Sawin Law, P.C. is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team. Estate planning, divorce, and/or family law experience/knowledge is a plus, however, no prior experience is necessary as the firm is willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities: Provide legal support to clients and assist attorneys Maintain client relationships Prepare legal reports and documents Coordinate Court schedule and appearances for attorneys Conduct in-depth potential client intakes Reviewing and documentation clients' financial statements, drafting estate planning documents, and filing legal documents with the court Transcribe dictation and prepare legal documents Qualifications: Ability to maintain confidentiality Strong legal knowledge Strong critical-thinking and creative problem-solving skills A high degree of trustworthiness Ability to multitask This position may require more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential duties of the position.
