Candidate Requirements

Licensure

Active Connecticut NP or PA License Required
DEA Registration Required

Experience

Experience Preferred but Not Required:
- Post-Acute Care
- Hospital Medicine
- Emergency Medicine
- Primary Care / Clinic Practice
