Creative Strategist

Proactive and creative, the full-time remote Creative Strategist & Producer will develop concept-led briefs for paid and social campaigns while also producing content, collaborating closely with Product and Performance Marketing teams to drive impactful creative strategies. Key responsibilities Spot opportunities in culture and generate ideas for campaigns based on trends and performance data Write and deliver complete, concept-led briefs for paid static and motion content, collaborating with marketing teams Create original content for paid and organic channels, ensuring it is engaging and native to each platform Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in creative strategy or performance creative within a high-volume in-house team, brand, or agency, preferably in fintech or a regulated category A strong portfolio showcasing concept-led briefs and personal projects that demonstrate creative execution Proactive and self-starting work ethic, with the ability to pitch and drive ideas to completion independently Fluency in platform-specific content strategies across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and X Strong copywriting skills with a focus on clear, jargon-free communication and an understanding of performance metrics
