Corporate Paralegal

Soni is partnering with a growing organization seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to support a broad mix of commercial contracts, real estate matters, legal administration, and business transactions. This is a hands-on role with significant exposure to senior leadership and multiple areas of the business.
Responsibilities:- Support commercial leases, renewals, amendments, and related real estate documentation
- Assist with transactions, closings, and other business development matters
- Review and manage vendor and other commercial contracts
- Support trademark, licensing, and general compliance activity
- Coordinate with outside counsel and internal business partners
- Maintain legal records, agreements, and important deadlines
- Support additional legal and business projects as needed
- 10+ years of paralegal experience
- Strong contracts and commercial legal experience
- Exposure to leases and real estate-related matters
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills and professional judgment
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
- In-house paralegal experience
- Commercial real estate experience
- Hospitality, restaurant, retail, or other multi-location industry experience
- Trademark, licensing, transaction, or corporate governance exposure
