Job Title:Senior Product Manager, Digital Assets - Tokenization and StablecoinsLocation:CityScapeWhat you'll do:The Senior Product Manager – Tokenization and Stablecoins is responsible for defining and delivering tokenized deposit, stablecoin, and on-chain payment capabilities within Digital Asset Banking.This role leads product strategy and execution for token-based financial infrastructure, ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks, operational controls, and client requirementsDefine and execute roadmap for tokenization and stablecoin productsAlign product strategy with regulatory developments and market demandDesign workflows for issuance, redemption, and transfersDefine integration with wallets, settlement platform, and external partnersPartner with Engineering to deliver secure infrastructureEnsure products align with banking, payments, and digital asset regulatory expectationsPartner with FCC, Legal, and Risk to embed controlsSupport regulatory interactions and governance processesEnsure interoperability across wallet, settlement, and external partner systemsSupport client integration and onboardingEngage with institutional clients on use casesMonitor market trends and competitive landscapWhat you'll need:8+ years of related experience in Product Management, Treasury Management Sales or similar field.Bachelor's degree in related field required.Previous leadership experience required.Advanced knowledge of general financial services or banking products and services.Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.Advanced knowledge of banking products, including treasury management, credit cards, as well as pricing dynamics. Market specific awareness.
