Job Description Insight Global is hiring for a client who is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, design, and execution of their 24/7 USD instant settlement network. This role will own core payment infrastructure that enables real-time, programmable settlement across digital asset markets and fiat systems. This person will bridge traditional banking rails with high-throughput digital asset infrastructure, ensuring seamless, compliant, and scalable settlement capabilities for institutional clients. Key Responsibilities Define and execute product strategy for real-time USD settlement infrastructure Lead design and delivery of ledger architecture, clearing, and settlement systems Partner with engineering, treasury, risk, and compliance to support 24/7 operations Optimize liquidity management and collateral workflows in continuous markets Align product capabilities with institutional trading and exchange workflows Ensure regulatory alignment across payment, AML/BSA, and digital asset frameworks We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
