TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Parkersburg, West Virginia, 26101!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Medical Surgical - Stroke Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12 Hour Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2 years License: Required Certifications: BLS (AHA) Must-Have: NIHSS experience would be a plus, EPIC experience preferred Description: Unit Notes: The unit serves a daily census of 26-28 patients with a maximum capacity of 35 beds. Patient conditions include COPD, pneumonia, abdominal pain, and occasional surgical overflow from thyroidectomies. Experience with post-TPA care or lower-level patient management is preferred. This is a medical-surgical unit for stroke patients. Flexibility to work weekends is required. Candidates must provide proof of an unexpired driver's license. Documentation is done using EPIC. The client may cancel two shifts per 13-week assignment. This is an acute care setting.
