Green Leaf Group is a growing commercial landscaping company seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist (English/Spanish) to support and strengthen our people operations. This role is critical to maintaining compliance, consistency, and a positive employee experience across a fast-paced, field-driven workforce.

What You'll Do

• Administer and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards
• Support employee relations with professionalism, consistency, and fairness
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and personnel documentation with precision
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
• Serve as a bilingual resource (English/Spanish) for field and office employees
• Maintain accurate HR records, reporting, and data tracking
• Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
• Partner with leadership to reinforce structure, accountability, and expectations

What You Bring

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
• 2+ years of HR experience (construction, landscaping, or field workforce a plus)
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally across all levels
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
