Sr. Business Analyst

Business Analyst (Senior)
NOVACES is seeking a qualified Business Analyst (Senior) to support the Armed Services Blood Program (ASBP) under the Business Management Support Services contract. The selected candidate will provide senior-level analytical support, interpret complex data sets, and deliver actionable insights to support DoD military and civilian stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Interpret findings and communicate results clearly to senior-level stakeholders
- Utilize data analysis tools, business intelligence platforms, and process modeling software to support decision-making
- Identify root causes of operational and business challenges and develop effective, data-driven solutions
- Support business operations analysis, financial considerations, and strategic planning initiatives
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with government personnel and contractor partners
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide clear, consistent communication across teams
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a general business-related field.
- In lieu of a bachelor's degree in a general business-related field, a minimum of three (3) additional years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Sr. Business Analyst supporting DoD military and/or civilian customers.
- Experience working with the Armed Services Blood Program or related blood program.
