Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals supporting a Federal Government customer in Rosslyn, VA. The selected individual will need to live in the DC Metro area to report to HQ in Arlington, VA. They can telework 1 day per week and will report in-person to HQ the rest of the week.

Position Description

• Develop new business strategies and models
• Communicate to management on how these strategies and models will enhance business efficiency
• Create monthly reports on the performance of the business
• Identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks within the business
• Maintain, test, and improve business and systems operations
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Identify innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction
• Evaluate the performance of project teams to ensure that targets and deadlines are met
• Communicate ideas and viewpoints to senior management
• Act as a liaison between business and IT groups
• Supervise the design of new products and evaluate how these will perform on the market

Position Requirements

• Must have a bachelor's degree in business, accounting, IT or any related field
• Minimum of 3+ years' experience as a business analyst
• Must have Project Management experience at the senior level
• Excellent communication skills

• Adaptability
• Proven training in Business Process Modeling
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• The ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance US Citizen only and must not have traveled outside the US for a combined total of 6 months or more in last 5 years.
• Must have resided in the US for the last 5 years.
• Cannot have more than 6 months travel outside the United States within the last five years. Military Service excluded. (Exception does not include military family members.)
