Location: Sharonville, OH Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM Pay Rate: $16.50 - $17.50/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join a fast-paced, growth-oriented company. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations by handling medication inventory, fulfilling orders, and maintaining an organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming boxes of medications
• Organize and store products efficiently
• Accurately pick and fill orders
• Pack and prepare shipments for distribution
• Maintain warehouse organization and track inventory
• Meet productivity goals (75 items/hour; 500 items/shift)

Required Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional warehouse or inventory experience

Soft Skills

• Strong organizational skills
• Reliable and ready to work
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
