Branch Supervisor

Job Overview Branch Supervisor – Fishersville location (Fishersville, VA). Schedule: M‑F 7am‑4pm. Reports to Branch Manager. Responsibilities Manage branch performance, including sales, operations, and financials. Support and grow a capable, engaged team. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors. Carry out local sales plans with attention to real customer needs. Oversee pricing, inventory, and logistics to keep operations efficient. Promote a safety‑conscious work environment. Help team members develop skills and prepare for future opportunities. May be responsible for driver duties and responsibilities. Qualifications 2‑3 years of sales experience required. 5 years of plumbing or HVAC knowledge preferred. Leadership experience preferred. Ability to build a team. Comfort with financials and using data to guide decisions. A collaborative, coaching‑focused leadership style. Track record of building team trust and consistency. Clear, calm problem‑solving – even when fast changes occur. Familiarity with process improvement and day‑to‑day execution. Insight into the local market and customer needs. At least 18 years old.
