Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Buyer for our manufacturing industry client to start immediately at $24/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities:

• Create purchase orders from system-generated requisitions
• Generate production/process orders based on planned orders
• Manage capacity constraints across work centers
• Monitor and coordinate the flow of customer orders from scheduling to shipment
• Serve as the key contact for production scheduling, prioritizing, and level loading
• Maintain inventory levels within targets and handle short-dated product conversions or write-offs
• Manage scheduling-related master data and processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, administration, or relevant field preferred
• At least 3 years experience in a production environment, particularly in production scheduling
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with scheduling software and productivity suites
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Skills:

• Purchase orders and production orders management
• Capacity planning and leveling

• Customer order flow management and scheduling software
