The Publicis Media Exchange activates across all OOH channels too, including traditional, digital & programmatic. Our Buyer roles are the critical thread connecting the marketplace to client goals and outcomes. In this role your understanding of marketplace pricing and dynamics will be pivotal to our success As a Buyer, you will:

• Create and activate smart, effective, inclusive and efficient advertising solutions for your assigned clients.
• Assist team with RFP & buying process including organizing & compiling proposals, mapping, building plan recommendations & PPT decks, and contracting buys.
• Successfully manage timelines, client guidelines, and ensure key performance metrics are achieved.
• Successfully manage campaign performance reporting and total agreement fulfillment.
• Cultivate relationships with partners/vendors that add value for our clients.
• Be an expert on the individual format nuances and know how to utilize market strengths to our client's best advantage.
• Be an expert on the leading OOH buying platforms and tools.
• Collaborate with our team to share your knowledge and to further develop your skills and the skills of other team members.

You will have the full support of our Supervisors and Management to fuel your growth and increase your potential. You will have access to additional training on a vast library of advertising content. This is a great opportunity if you have 1-2 years of experience negotiating OOH Investment and are great with people. If you are approachable, collaborative, responsible and accountable; If you exhibit sharp attention to detail and strong math skills; If you have an intermediate knowledge of Excel and experience with OX and MediaX media platforms; And If you have a strong understanding of OOH measurement.

Responsibilities:

• Build plans for assigned clients based on guidelines for OOH.
• Work closely with Supervisor to understand key client initiatives and timelines to proactively prioritize and manage workload.
• Collaborate with Supervisor to leverage PMX benchmarks within Investment of OOH campaigns.
• Work with Supervisor to adhere to the most updated client buying guidelines for assigned clients.
• Integrate PMX partner deals within schedules for OOH.
• Monitor and optimize delivery of OOH investments within flight when current data is available.
• Inform Client Leads of any issues with a PMX partner's ability to deliver against any deal KPIs and excessive makegoods.
• Report and monitor any in-flight with Client Leads and work with sellers to drive improvement.
• Drive added value and ensure partners are adhering to delivery standards.
• Provide key data to marketplace behaviors throughout the year.
• Monitor and inform Client Leads of marketplace pricing updates.
• Advocate for multicultural & diversity inclusion through Investments.
• Champion the 4As Fair Play Charter and all other diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Mentor and train Associate buyer on negotiating strategies across OOH.
• Successfully complete Media training beyond the 101 level.
• Conduct all post buy performance tasks including but not limited to POP & final delivery reporting.

Qualifications:

• 0-1 Year media experience
• Interpersonal skills
• Strong math skills
• Detail Oriented
• Strong understanding of OOH tools including Geopath & Telmar
• Collaborative Experience with various media platforms (Media Ocean SpectraOX & MediaX))
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel

Compensation Range: USD $50,065.00 - USD $66,360.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
