Building the Future of Senior Care Lead modernization efforts including technology adoption, workforce innovation, and operational transformation. Develop scalable operating models that support growth and acquisition integration. Create strategic initiatives that improve quality ratings and organizational reputation. Workforce Excellence Partner with facility administrators and clinical leaders to strengthen staffing stability. Develop leadership succession programs across all facilities. Create cultures where caregivers feel valued, supported, and empowered. Financial & Operational Performance Drive occupancy growth, labor optimization, and financial performance. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and operational efficiency initiatives. Balance cost management with exceptional resident care standards. Quality & Compliance Leadership Monitor quality measures, survey readiness, infection prevention, and risk management programs. Lead organization-wide initiatives focused on resident safety and quality improvement. Ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
