Apartment Leasing Consultant
Location: Portland, OR
Pay: $22–$24/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Are you passionate about customer service and enjoy helping people find their next home? We are seeking an experienced and motivated Apartment Leasing Consultant to join a thriving apartment community in Portland, OR.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide an outstanding experience for prospective and current residents.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist prospective and current residents
• Conduct apartment tours and highlight community amenities
• Answer phones, respond to email inquiries, and schedule appointments
• Process applications, leases, and resident paperwork
• Follow up with prospects and help achieve leasing goals
• Maintain accurate records and provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

• Strong background in customer service and sales
• Excellent phone etiquette and appointment-setting skills
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook
• Experience with Knock and OneSite is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional demeanor and attention to detail
• Previous apartment leasing experience preferred
