The TL;DR Role: Early Career Type: Full-time Pay: $59000-$103000 yearly Team: Finance organization, rotating across various finance and accounting functions Mission: Provide high-potential talent with accelerated career exposure across key areas within the Finance organization, building a strong foundation for future finance leadership roles. Tech Stack: Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word What You'll Actually Do Rotational Learning: Complete two to three rotational assignments providing broad exposure across key Finance and Accounting functions, including Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury, Accounting, Internal Audit, and Investor Relations. Principle Application: Apply core finance and accounting principles to real-world challenges within GlobalFoundries' semiconductor manufacturing environment. Financial Analysis: Analyze complex financial data and assist in developing robust financial models crucial for planning, forecasting, and strategic business decision-making. Reporting Support: Support critical financial reporting activities such as manufacturing cost analysis, cash flow monitoring, and the preparation of earnings materials, investor presentations, and annual financial statements. Process Improvement: Partner with diverse stakeholders across the organization to drive finance and accounting initiatives and support the continuous improvement of finance processes, systems, and controls. The Must-Haves Background: Graduating with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited degree program, with at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing. Experience: Up to 10% travel is required. Skills: English fluency (written & verbal).
