Cole Pediatric Therapy is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide temporary maternity leave coverage for approximately 12 weeks . This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative pediatric therapy team, build relationships with families, and make a difference in the lives of children. While this is a temporary assignment, there may be opportunities to be considered for future openings based on business needs and performance. Location 455 School Street, Suite #24 Tomball, TX 77375 Assignment Details Temporary maternity leave coverage Start Date: November 30, 2026 Duration: Approximately 12–13 weeks Compensation 1099 Contractor – CCC-SLP $30 per 30-minute therapy session ($60/hour) $80 per evaluation 1099 Contractor – SLPA $17 per 30-minute therapy session ($34/hour) W2 Pay-Per-Visit – CCC-SLP (Rate based on years of experience and/or bilingual status) $28–$38 per 30-minute therapy session ($56–$76/hour) $80 per evaluation W2 Pay-Per-Visit – SLPA (Rate based on years of experience and/or bilingual status) $15–$23 per 30-minute therapy session ($30–$46/hour) Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience required Active Texas State license in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) or eligibility as an SLPA Passion for serving children and supporting families Why Join Cole Pediatric Therapy?
