Bilingual Spanish-English Social Care Navigator Remote

Epicured

Epicured, Inc. is hiring Social Care Navigators to support New York’s Medicaid Section 1115 Waiver program. You will engage Medicaid members, assess eligibility for Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) services, and coordinate referrals through Epicured and community partners.

Reporting to the VP of Member Experience, the role suits someone organized, compassionate, tech-savvy, and comfortable in a high-volume virtual contact center environment.
