A leading regional law firm is seeking a Trusts & Estates Paralegal to join a busy practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled paralegal to work on sophisticated trust and estate matters while serving as a key point of contact for clients, attorneys, financial advisors, and accountants.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of trust and estate administration experience, strong knowledge of probate and tax matters, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters independently. Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for personal representatives, trustees, beneficiaries, financial advisors, and accountants
• Manage all aspects of estate and trust administration, including probate, asset collection and valuation, payment of debts and expenses, tax filings, distributions, and estate termination
• Prepare and file federal and state estate, inheritance, and gift tax returns
• Coordinate with accountants on fiduciary and income tax returns
• Prepare and file fiduciary accountings
• Maintain accurate financial records and coordinate with financial advisors and other professionals
• Support customized family office services for high-net-worth clients
• Manage multiple matters, deadlines, and client relationships while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy

Qualifications

• 5+ years of legal experience in trusts and estate administration
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong client service and interpersonal skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Familiarity with accounting functions
• Experience with trust and estate administration software is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
