Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a talented and compassionate Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to join our dedicated team committed to fostering healing and health. Description of Responsibilities

• Conduct a diverse array of ultrasound examinations including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging.
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety, explaining every step of the procedure with empathy and professionalism.
• Work collaboratively with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure the highest quality diagnostic imagery.
• Utilize and maintain ultrasound equipment, promptly reporting any technical issues.
• Maintain precise records and documentation of procedures through our electronic medical record systems.
• Keep abreast of advancements in ultrasound techniques and apply best practices to your work.

Education Requirements

• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline.
• Preferred completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program.

Certifications Required

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent body.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is favored.
